Over the last couple of weeks, I have received numerous emails and calls for support from people I would consider “Healers.”  As sensitive people, we are often more in tune with the shifts in the collective consciousness.  To say the least, things are a bit intense right now!

After consulting in the Akashic Records, I recently emailed a client a few insights about a question he had asked me.  He was grateful for my information and replied with an email that I, in turn, responded back.

I thought it would be helpful to share our conversation.  For clarity, I will identify my Healer-Client as HC, while my “answers” are identified with VThanks HC for letting me share our email conversation with other Healers!

HC:  Hi Veronica, I've read this (my reading) again (several times), while allowing it to absorb into the old gray matter for a few hours and have a couple Q's.  First of all I find it to be true and accurate, as always with you.  You always have a way of cutting through the BS and I like that.  The statement, you already know what you need to know and where you are is perfect. is acceptable, but I feel, at times, that this healer needs healing too.  Occasionally, when I need healing and get it, I feel that I become more clear as a channel for healing others.

V: Yes, you do, AND…

Right now we – all of us – are in an intense time (as you know).  Those of us who are “healers” are, yes, more awake; which means we are particularly sensitive to all our OWN crap – which we all have a lot of anyway, as humans – as well as the crap of the collective/others.  Not a pretty place to be, to say the least.  (In fact, last night I had a dream that I had shit all over the bathroom – or maybe it was someone else’s shit? – and when I was trying to use the toilet (to put the shit where it belongs, I guess), I had such a hard time not stepping on the shit that was all over the floor.  It was gross and disgusting and I didn’t even have any shoes on, of course! :-)  )

Thus, we DO all need healing right now – and ironically, we need to do what seems to be two “polar opposite” things to get it:

1)   We need to STAY CLEAR of all energy sources that are NOT feeding us, or are sucking us dry, or are not at our vibrational level.  Specifically, clear yourself of the “crappy” energies in your life and focus on yourself.  It is time to do our own healing, which can happen simultaneously as we “heal” others, but cannot be put on the back burner any longer.  This also means to bump up the level of vibrational energies you attract in terms of your clients. ONLY DO THAT WHICH NOURISHES YOU AND FEEDS YOUR SOUL (Joy) – a hard thing to “do” I know!

2)   As for our own healing, we need to look “up to” someone with an “equal” or “higher” vibration to get our own needs met.  And they must be met as much as possible or we will be drained for sure!  Seek out those people and let them support you, heal you, guide you.  (Yet, be sure those people are EMPOWERING you by seeing your light, and handing it back to you to claim and use for yourself.  Do not “follow” others who know less than you or make you think you must do what they do or say to “get it right.”)  This, my dear, is where you can get sidetracked, by the way.  You desperately want to follow a leader because you are getting tired on your journey.  That’s okay.  Guidance is fine, holding hands for support is fine, needing a step up, or a breather are all great. Yet, ultimately your own heart knows everything and a good “leader” will simply remind you of your own power (and perhaps teach you how to tap into it and trust it).

HC:  Another part I was impressed by was, stay true in your heart; to find a place of your own inner knowing and trust yourself.  Sometimes, you tend to get sidetracked . . . because I've also heard this before.  If you're having difficulty finding this place of inner knowing, wouldn't it be great if someone who has this place within them could help you find your place so you could trust yourself (there's a lot of emotion within me around this)?  Knowingness is the easy part, but what about all the crap we go through in 58 years of life (and maybe past lives) that may tend to filter what we see in our minds and hearts?  So many intuitives say "can't you see that."  I say "if I could, I wouldn't be talking to you."  I feel that sometimes our level trust in that place of inner knowingness can go from black & white to a gray area for someone with a lot of life experience (trauma, etc.) and wants to revisit that place.  Or maybe a better way of putting it is that the space between subconscious inner knowing and conscious inner knowing might get clouded and we might need a little help clearing the fog.

V:  Absolutely!  Yes, I, too, get foggy with my own stuff!  That’s why I, too, seek others for clarity!  (However, see notes 1 and 2 above. :-) )

As we shift into the newer energies (of becoming more empowered and joyful) all of our stuff is going to come up for “viewing.”  You know how there’s this idea that you “review” your life after you die?  Well, you don’t have to die to experience this anymore.  AND you don’t have to “judge” or even “fix” yourself to “do it better” next time!  (Especially since there is no such thing as “next time”  - there is only the NOW!)

In other words, you simply have to:

1)   Notice the patterns, games, humanness, etc.

2)   Breathe into it… with an “Ah, that’s interesting” approach, rather than judge it or try harder the next time to “get it right.”  (There is no RIGHT!  This would imply a WRONG, and bring us back to separation/duality.  Thus you are ALWAYS RIGHT! :-) )  Basically, it’s learning to accept and love all aspects of yourself NO MATTER WHAT!  We are INTEGTRATING all parts of ourselves – becoming WHOLE again. No more separating “bad” from “good”, or denying or judging aspects of ourselves; we are learning to ALLOW.

3)   And, finally, feel the feelings that come up as this stuff comes to the surface (my greatest challenge of the three, I think).  THIS is where we all need support!  To simply be held and loved during this transitional time is how we will get through it with sanity.

This all sounds so simple, of course, and we all do know this, but the challenge is to allow it… to allow us to be exactly as (and where) we are at any given moment no matter how it feels.

HC:  AM I making sense or have I gone off the deep end again (someone throw me a rope)?  By the way, I don't usually go out of my way to find these people to sidetrack me - they seem to find me or it's divine intervention?  Maybe I'm a magnet for them.  Thank you for listening to my ramblings.

V:  YET, what do we do when we feel so “off” or “awful” and all of these ideas seem impossible or a load of crap on top of the crap we are experiencing?!

1)   We need to realize that LIFE is about sidetracking!  Good God… Isn’t that what we ARE?  God’s sidetracking?!  “Hm, this perfect Oneness thing is a little boring… Gee what would happen if I tried this?  Or what about this?  OR, wait!  What if I try it ALL!  What if I experience myself in billions and trillions of ways and do this and that and the other and have lots and lots of lives and experiences!  Oh, how fun!  And I’ll make sure I forget I am me and fragment myself into infinity, then I’ll see if I can find my way back to me!”  Be gentle with yourself.  :-)

2)   We find a shoulder to cry on, a healer to heal us, a pillow to punch, an addiction to carry out (not necessarily one of the healthier responses, but humanly valid), a journal to write in, a place to vent…  Sometimes I just go to bed and cry, and don’t know if I’d rather have a lifeline or a noose!

Let yourself be where you are.  Let yourself need others.  Let yourself seek support.  Let yourself be perfectly human AND divine!  By the way, you ARE that Divine Intervention; there is nothing else!  :-)

Blessings to you!
