This is an easy way to schedule or request an appointment in just a few minutes!

Simply fill out this Appointment Request form and click "Submit."

1)  Determine the type of session you want: Akashic Records Reading, Sacred Dance Session, Akashic Records / Sacred Dance Combo. Appt., or a Spiritual Evolution Mentoring Appt. 

2)  Check my Calendar for my appointment availability - my "Open" slots are indicated with a clock icon.

• For a half hour Reading or Sacred Dance session, you need just one "Open" slot. 
• For an Akashic Records/Sacred Dance Combo Appt., you need two consecutive slots.

3)  I will call you if I need to talk to you; OR if everything is in order and available, I will email you an confirmation letter** which will include all the details you need about your appointment.  (I will also send you a PayPal invoice if this is your preferred payment method).

**Note: Pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code Sections 2053.5 and 2053.6, all first time clients must sign a Client Acknowledgment Form which simply notifies clients about the services I provide, which are holistic and complimentary to healing arts, but are not intended to take the place of services offered by licensed professionals.  It also informs you about my 24 hour cancellation policy.  This form will be sent as an attachment with the confirmation letter.
